Chef William A. Redd Sr. A Navy veteran, and a native of Washington D.C. I have over 35 years of upscale industry experience. I am a certified ServSafe food safety instructor and proctor, a member of the American Chef Association of Virginia, and a Certified Food Manager with the International Food Servers Executive Association. I have worked in numerous well-known restaurants and hotels such as the Occidental Restaurant, Georgia Browns, Finn and Porter Restaurant, Sam and Harrys Steak House, Harrys Tap Room, Phillips Seafood, Nick and Stef’s Steak House at Madison Square Garden, and MCI Center DC, Loew’s L’Enfant Plaza Hotel, Hyatt Regency Capitol Hill, Hotels, and Hilton Hotels and served in the in the Navy as a culinary specialist.
